Northwest Fudge Factory is the only "Made in Canada" commercial manufacturer of
pre-measured Fudge Ingredients. Our easy to use mix can be made in your fudge kettle or
microwave. In order to make your inventory of fudge mix manageable - we have eliminated
the need for separate 'Chocolate Fudge Mix' and instead have pouches of 'Chocolate Mix' to
add to our Plain base.
Our mission is to make fudge making simple and affordable. Our cases of mix yield 1 lb
more than our competitors (Calico Cottage, Nutty Bavarian, Yohay Baking Company) and our
pricing simply can't be beat! We
are upfront with your costs - and will gladly tell you what your finished product cost
will be ($2.90/ lb) as well as the actual cost of the mix per lb (before your butter,
water, and oil $3.48/ lb).
We have customized silicone molds that eliminate the need to weigh your fudge during
production, and make selling a breeze with each 1" slice weighing 1/2 lb! Cut it in
two, and you have 1/4 lb pieces. No more lining pans with parchment paper and getting
inconsistent pieces. We also stock our own deli containers that hold each slice perfectly
- keeping it fresh, and attractively packaged. We realize that you may not have any
control over how your customer stores their fudge, and have added a mold inhibitor
(potassium sorbate) to ensure that your fudge is as fresh and safe as it can be. One less
thing for you to worry about!
Each bag of mix has the instruction printed on the back, eliminating the need to flip
through a recipe book. Our "Traffic Light" approach will have you racing towards
terrific fudge. START with the GREEN (Mix 1) and water - then add your Butter (YELLOW) and
Flavouring - and STOP after adding the RED (Mix 2) and oil. We also provide an easy to
follow laminated flavouring card that outlines the amount of flavouring to be added.

Pricing and Shipping Information
Northwest Fudge Factory is a wholesale business that believes in
offering fair pricing. Our minimum order for Fudge Mix is 10 cases - we
do not inflate our prices to then offer discounts. We trust that our
mix customers will see the terrific value in our pricing and product.
Most of our mix customers are bulk quantity purchasers, and we have set
our product price accordingly.
PAYMENT: We accept Business Cheques - E-Transfer -
Money Wire. In order to keep our costs low, we typically do not accept
credit card payments - but if needed, Paypal is our credit card
processor of choice. There is an additional 3% cost added to invoice to
offset their charges.
SHIPPING: We use the most economical shipping
method available (Typically Manitoulin Transport or ProNorth). Their
prices reflect a business to business service. Additional services
(calls prior to delivery - missed delivery - redirected delivery)
typically have a + service charge payable directly to the carrier prior
to delivery.
