Please choose a timeline for your fundraiser.  This requires us to have your online spreadsheets back before noon on the date chosen.  We will then have your fudge back to you on or before the delivery date (Specific delivery date / time not an option)

WE HAVE LIMITED SPACE FOR EACH DATE.  If you cannot add this item, please choose a different date.  If no dates are available, we have reached our capacity for that season.  

Please ADD YOUR SCHOOL/ GROUP NAME in your ADDRESS DETAILS as well as the SHIPPING ADDRESS that the order will go to (NO HOMES, RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES or HOME BASED BUSINESSES/ DAYCARES.
